The box i'm growing in is up against a wall (on it's side-open top against wall)so no light can escape becuase i'm trying to hide them for right now. I have only about 10 inches to work with width wise. What type of fan would you recommend for this...and where's a pretty universal place where i could pick one up?

thanks

(pics up soon hopefully)

a computer fan, they are tiny. it just takes a 12 volt charger, or someting. you can get them from a liquidator store. or take it from a computer.

If you are having a hard time finding a charger to power the computer fan (12 volts) simply get a 9 volt battery and wire it to that, it'll work just fine that way too.

Not that you need yet another to agree, but....

Get computer fans. This is all I use, even for plant movement. You can get 4" +40 CFM fans which product about 20db for about $15 at Microcenter or Compusa. Properly installed, you will not hear them at all.
