Small cab, lights

I've been thinking a lot and I still can't decide what lamp I should choose for a 70cm wide, 50cm deep, 1m tall grow cab, I'm thinking about 125w cfl light but what would be the yield? Should I rather use a 150w HPS, what about the sound of the ballast? Is it loud? Do I really need something to blow directly into the bulb?
 
So for us americans, that is 27in, 19in, and 39in. So I'd say the 150w HPS. On ONE CFL you'd get a piss poor yield. You'd need 6. Ish. More the better. You can never have to much light.

Ok ok...try some smaller flouros clusters.

just one hps blows the doors off any one cfl you could find.jm2
