Small bucket

I know when a plants roots are too big for the pot it will stop growing,but will the plant stay healthy?nd continue it's role in Flowering?

Yes,as long as the plant is getting everything it needs from the small pot roots do not play that large a role,smaller pots simply mean more frequent watering & feeding & budding will not be slowed or effected as long as the plant is given what it needs.
