Small branch on bottom dying, rest of plant perfect.

Anyone have any idea what would cause one singular small branch on the bottom of the plant to droop all its leaves and dry out? Im about 2 weeks in flower, rest of plant is flawless. Outdoor also.

I've seen it, it's not uncommon. Remove it from the plant so it doesn't provide a vector for other disease.

What do you advise as the best spot to snip it?
