slow seedlings

hi every1, im tarting my first grow of cheisel with 4 plants. i started them 12 days ago from seed outdoors, i bought them in during heavy rain and at night but we've had nice weather for a couple of days.........why are they growing so slow? i used2/3 potting soil and 1/3 all mix and when waterd yesterday i put 1ml biobizz alg a mic and 1ml bio grow to a litre to try and get them moving but not too much going on, i am not over watering/under watering and the temp here is 70f degrees...............please some1 help

oh dont all jump at once!!!! lol anyway better weather now and they have got bigger and stronger!

well, depends on if you put the seed in the soil 12 days ago, or you put a seedling out 12 days ago. If you put a seed out, it's pretty normal, some of them take longer to germinate. If you put a seedling out, then somethings wrong, probably the amount of direct sunlight

i started from seed 12 days ago in the last 2 days, its first set of true leaves have trippled in size and new leafs are forming, thanks very much for replying, happy smoking!
