slow growth..

my plant is now 2 weeks old and only an inch and a half tall, 3rd set of leafs forming now... is this slow? or normal?
 
maybe they need to be transplanted. root bound... happened to me... i was pissed off and worried lol
 
dr high is rite too they could be to big already and need to be transplanted into bigger pots
 
No the pot is not too small. I only have 3 26 watt cfl's...i did have only 2, i just added one more.. would it be good to add a flourescent tube?

the picture makes it look shorter then it really is.
 
mabey the pots not to small but id get a better 1 lol. idk how much help 1 fluro tube would do fluos are good for lil sprouts but they have to be right on top of the plant so u decied iif its nessesary. but its definatly too small for 2weeks look into more light and be patient, good luck
