One of my seedling is growing really slow. It looks like its been in the same position for 5 days, could I chop the leaves and only leave the stem without killing it? Or will it just die

She's in a 6" humidty dome with 2 T8 bulbs and a heating pad, the others seem to be growing fine, she's just a slow one. She is froming roots though. Just the leaf production that concerns me

leave her be, mess with nature and it will probably turn against you.
