i am growing dwc cabinet 3ft w 2ft d 4ft h prebuilt 20w flors mounted one on each side 6500k 1200lums one 600w hps mounted at top.not useing hps right now.plant seems not to be growing it is 1 1/2 in.tall been that way for 2 1/2 weeks no growth ppm is 517 ph is 5.6.also with outside temp being so hot in side cabinet temp went from 24c tp 30c cabinet has a inline fan and a 265cfm squerril fan for exhaust.how do i fix both.thanks. ps did put another fan in room no help
