Hey there best people in the world. So I have plant (ww automatic RQS) that sprouted in coco 28 days ago, it looks healthy and is producing new growth but compared to my previous grows of the same strain, it's extremely small. Is this normal at day 28? Should I keep it or kill it?

i don't see how its possible for a plant to be that small 28 days after sprouting
possibly bad spectrum in your light or just not enough light
maybe not enough nutrients
maybe its just a runt seed

Started under 23watts CFL, moved to 50 after first real leaves, 83 and now it's under 123 watts in the same condition I grew all my seeds in (a small cabinet). the plant was getting pale in the 2nd week so I started feeding it and it got better and growth got faster but still isn't growing fast enough. what do you think I should do?

I'm feeding it general hydroponics, I got their entire line and I'm feeding according to the chart but I started a week late.
one week wouldn't make that much difference
its always best to start a few seeds incase one or two are bad
are you giving it 18/6 hours light also what is your light
id keep it alive it light take off still but id plant more seeds

well that's the thing, I have only enough space for a small plant, and seeds are expensive. so I plant one and wait to see what happens.
I have it under 24 hrs of light, and I currently have two 50 what cool white and 1 23 watt daylight cfl over it
