slight brown/wilt on one plant, unlike anything i saw in self-diagnose

so i have two plants, one of which looks healthy and only has this problem on maybe one leaf, the other plant is droopy and theres a few brown spots on some leaves.
both plants are as follows:
5 gallon plastic container
fox farms ocean forest soil
each watered every third day with the same amount of water
24 hour light from 2 4' fluoros (6400k) and 1 45w led panel (hps coming soon, first grow)

i noticed a few fruit flies in my kitchen but i've managed to kill most of them using traps. i'm pretty much at a loss here, i've looked through the guides to sick plants but everything seemed more severe than what i've got or different altogether.

Hows your room temp? it could be too hot. I also want to say if not the heat it may be a bit over fed.

room temp is ambient with a fan set to low, about 70-75. none of my lights give off much heat

bump? anyone? need more pics? wtf?
