Sleeping plants?

Whenever the lights are off my plants look like they are sleeping. First time growing MJ and this was something I didn't really expect. They wilt and droop until the lights have been on for an hour or two. Then they perk up.

This is normal. But it could be from watering to much before the lights shut off and them staying soaked all night, like a baby in a wet diaper.

They seem to do this whether they are wet or dry. Maybe it's a strain thing bc my white widow doesn't really do it.

Watch a fast motion video of cannabis growing. It'll droop then it'll spring up. Droops then perk up... You can say the plant is asleep. Then again, it isn't.

Stop going in you tent during lights out.... Bad habit to get started.
