Sleep schedule = plant schedule

I switched to 7 pm to 7 am light schedule and it seems like I can never sleep at night now... not because I am worried about the plants but because I am easily excitable and have trouble sleeping after doing a bunch of manual labor..

Anyone else have this problem where they become vampires and stay up with their plants?
