I would say Sensi Seed would be my choice of the two.
When it comes to which is better, Skunk #1 or Super Skunk you need to answer that question yourself.
Skunk #1 have a higher percentage of sativa in it than Super Skunk does, which is mostly indica, so what do YOU prefer, more sativa or more indica in your strains/hybrids?
If you are growing to sell I would say Super Skunk because it has a higher yield, it was created to be a commercial strain, but if you are growing for yourself and if type of high/buzz if of primary importance to you ask yourself which you prefer and then purchase the one that will give you that type of high/buzz or at least come closest to it out of the two strains you mentioned if they are the only ones you are considering. If you prefer a super clear head high that a sativa will give you then neither would be a really good option. If you like crosses that give you some of each, a head high and a body buzz, then like I said think about which you prefer the most, which you would want more of in a strain and then pick the one of the two that offers more of it.

Sensi is a exellent breeder but Seedman SuperSkunk would be my pick. Skunk#1 is the original and SuperSkunk is the revised edition. Bigger yield, more potent and not as smelly when it grows.
