skinny babies please help pics

I am using cfl's a 12/12 and they are about a week old. Now I don't know if its natural or if its just me but the stems are real skinny like they area reaching for the light. Is there anything I am doing thats wrong any suggestions?

They are def stretching for light... You need to have the lights 3 to 4 inches away from your plants.

i'll say 1-2" max from the top of the plants.how many cfls?you should have preaty much of them for those plants.
