I currently have a 8 inch RVK extract fan but i think its major overkill for that size of tent! i was thinking dropping down to maybe 5 or 6 inch? the neg pressure is too much.

what would you all recommend? I was thinking 4" to bring the air in and 5" taking it out?

thanks for any help

Why not just get a speed controller and dial it down? Tune it til u get the correct pressure and ur golden

Find yourself a stop-less controller. Amazon has one for like $18 right now I think. In my opinion, a nice 6 inch inline (400cfm), or 2 6 inch boosters (240cfm - one as intake, one exhaust) would be perfect for your space. You're going to want the option for more power ventialtion during the hotter months. If you want to do the math, check out my sig. I have the equasion you need in my first post.

Thanks for the advice Pinworm, the fans are currently run off an SMS twin fan controller, im thinking of changing the 200ml extract to an 125ml extract for the winter because the 200ml is pulling to much air out even with the controller and theres hardly any humidity in the room! (the 200ml extract is going to an 125ml reducer going out of the wall)

Dont get me wrong the 200ml is great for the summer months because it can shift a lot of warm air! but when its cold it isnt needed, i was just paranoid that the 125ml wouldnt shift as much air and then it the room would start to stink but i did the math on your calculator and the 125ml should be fine, especially in winter! The Fan bringing air in is 100ml.

Thanks again
