Six weeks into first grow, plants looking sickly, PLEASE HELP!

Hi mate,

I am new to growing myself, having completed one successful grow. To me they look really healthy apart from the small marks you've pointed out. I would not rush into doing anything drastic. I would say just water a few times without feeding, perhaps there is a salt build up which could affect PH.

Have you checked PH on your water coming out?

I will say, I had more drastic looking problems than that and my plants grew fine right throughout, with the odd leaf going bad.

Nothing to worry about I'd say..

but perhaps someone else can offer more insight.

The things to focus on are simply, is the plant growing well? Does it look generally healthy, leaf shape/size, is it taking up water like it should etc.

I am only new to growing, but it does seem people over complicate, and worry and cause more problems trying to fix something that is fairly typical.

Dont stress about it unless things change drastically, and with soil, you have time and a buffer. They will not die, i can tell you that for sure.

When you do you water? It could have been a water droplet that caused the burn. Try checking the leaf chart for deficiencies, and match yours up. You will see that most deficiencies affect the plant in a more drastic way than yours, yours look 99.9% perfect and healthy..

Just re read your original post, maybe the nutes are a little strong, quite high numbers for the npk, maybe just lower the amount you feed, water in between them to purge excess salt build up
