Hey there, folks.

In every DIY tutorial I read so far everyone states that 5 gallon is the standard size of a pot you need to make a single plant bucket.

Well my question is this: is that 5 gallon space recommended due to the space needed for the roots to grow? O

I am planning on ScroGing 1 plant that could yield say 7oz and I was wondering if 2.5 gallon pot will have enough space to grow roots?

7 ozs i dont think so you would need at least a 7 gallon pot useing the best grow medium and ferterlizer ever feedsing small doses ! im useing 10 and 15 gallon pots and im not expecting 7 ozs.

i got 6.5 oz off of one in a 6 gallon bucket. i had it in veg for 9 weeks and at the end it drank 2 gallons a day easy.
