simple question; Is this nute burn or something?

Will the plant recover on its on or do I have to provide?growing in good ole plain backyard soil.

In my opinion typical slight tip burn common to almost everyone who germinates in rich soil.

In a week you will have forgotten about it.

In a week or two repot your plants in their own separate containers. 2 plants in one pot can present problems.
 
In my opinion, you should lay off the superthrive. They're too young for anything more than micro doses of nutes.

I don't feed my seedlings until they've pushed out a few nodes at least.
 
I would not feed anything until week 3 from sprout at least, and separate them into individual pots around or before that time.
