silver spots on my leaves?

im starting to get very tiny silver spots on my leaves tword the top half of my plant. is this because i mist them with water every morning?

if you mist them before the lights turn on yes, your causing a microscope effect with the light, you're burning them either cuz of the mist or because of the light being too close..

i dont go in there before the lights go on. i mist em about 30 mins after the light goes on.

try misting the 30 minutes before the lights go off.
