Got some of those little silicone containers offa amazon, loaded one up and put it in the fridge, pulled it out a day later and there was a film of silicone stuck to my oil. Is there anyway to fix this? Anyway to prep the silicone containers so they dont shed?

Would you risk your health smoking silicone residue? If yes, by all means do what you will. If your allowing others to consume or smoke said silicone tainted stuff, then a bish slap is in order.

I had this happen 1x. It was because i didnt swab the container out with alcohol 1st. Thats all you need to do is clean it really well. Or maybe try running it threw the dishwasher

I know oil slick containers don't do this to me, they use platinum cured silicone, supposed to be way better for our purposes. Solvents can and do react with some cheap silicone containers, perhaps it wasn't fully purged.

Could you maybe freeze it and rip the silicone sheet off? Or is it pretty well mixed in at this point

I might be able to do that, demon says that it could have mixed in, when i pulled it out it came in one chunk and there was a small film holding on to the entire bottom and sides of the dab

I wouldn't recommend it for safety reasons, but high chances are some of the concentrate on the top and middle aren't contaminated and you may be able to carefully salvage some of it
