Botanicare silica can raise me ph alot.

I underestimated this clean ppm water seems more sensative to ph down. Pfft normaly id use 2ml from 6.4 and it dropped it to 4.

Ditch n start again or just add botanicare

Im a megacropper the si is low anyways and k is 143

Wait a while for the pH to stabilize if you run recirculation system. Silica work as pH up yes. Don't ditch the solution. I would dilute and regulate pH with either potassium silicate or pH up(hydroxide). Cheers!

you can add a lot of ppms by overshooting your mark and adjusting back up so be careful. Try to figure out exactly how much you need so you hit the sweet spot every time-once you do, then add the silica FIRST, then your nutes. You can add it last and use it as a PH up, but it's not ideal.

most silica bottles say to mix nutes then add the silica
