Sig help

I have a very difficult time with sigs for some reason. This is usually the culprit.

"Your signature contains too many lines and must be shortened. You may only have up to 3 line(s). Long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted as multiple lines."

There is only one sentence, two lines. What does "long text may have been implicitly wrapped, causing it to be counted multiple times"?

I'm sorry you are having problems. There are several threads about this here in this forum.

I think you are limited to 3 lines for your sig. The "implicitly wrapped" means if the line is too long to be counted as one line, it will be counted as two lines.

To assign a thread URL to some text, just type the text you want in the sig edit box, and click on Insert Link and copy in the URL.

So, even if the whole sig is less than 300 characters, if the sentence is too long it will not work?
