Don't scratch out anything you think it wouldn't be, like your grow lights or over watering.
Just makin sure you find out whats wrong with it
But by the droppyness and coloration i think it looks as though it's the nutes

yeah it was left outside when it rained so it is a little overwatered. Then today i added a little bit of nutes. So im gonna leave it alone for about a week and see what happens.

have you been letting your soil dry properly between waterings? whats your ph at?

Before today I havent been monitoring the water schedule. The PH is at 6.5 or 7. Not my plant, btw. It's in my cabinet only for trial and error reasons. Got 10 Master Kush seeds on the way.

if the ph is stable than its either over watered or a N def or both...

Well, I'd say thats probally why its sick, maybe a few contributing factors but still.....your root system is either stunted and unhealthy or rotting, or both.

Just to update you guys. It was an NPK def. I fed it some miracle grow and now its growin like a weed! FYI, my brothers transplanted it and fucked with the roots like a dumbass so darkdestructions420's contributing idea was probably a factor also.
Anyways. The plant looks great! I took off those dying fanleaves so the nodes are getting excellent growth. One thing though: Do you see that bubble looking thing on the top leaf? What the hell is that? The leaves also have this rough texture to them.
