Sick Plant Please help

I am not sure what is wrong with my plants. There are 2 like this and 1 doing fine causeI havent transplanted it. I Transplanted the bad 2 which were great like my other 1 is. I used the same new soil just mixed it with pearlite not sure what percentage. the soil is scotts garden mix. I have a 23 w cfl over both of them 2-3 inches above and the humidy is 30-50 temp 75-83 and are on a 24/0 with well water.They are still growing but slowly.I wasnt worried about the bottom leaf because I heard they didnt matter I am worried because the leafs are yellow at the edges and a few are brown. Also the plants arent very high for 3.5 weeks old. This is first grow bag seed plant on limited budget. Please Help

1. nutrients
2. take off any leaves more than 50% damaged

you might have given them transplant shock....but it looks like it needs nutes bad...

im guessing it's transplant shock as you assumed. if i was in your sit. i would simply keep watering regularly but not over doing it.

The scotts is .8 .5 .5 I thought since it said for vegatables I thought it had nutes. What some nutes that I can get at home depot kmart etc that is half decent. This is my junk let me see if I can do this grow. Thanx guys.

it looks like a defenancy of some sort n and at the same time nutrient burn

No nutes have been added I am asking what nutes to buy.

umm a mix would be good...nitrogin, phospherus, magnesium(epsom salt) potasium....then it will look beautiful

I know but what is a decent cheap fertilizer with the npk that I can get around kmart and homedepot. What is the suggested npk for my plants.

forget fert you need to flush and pray they dont die. if anything trasnplannt into some fox farm soil and water with starit 7.0 ph. GOOD GREENING TO YA

Why should I flush the where fine in that soil from the begining and there is no nutes to flush.

Quick update I just kept watering them and added some miracle grow 50%. Also No one answered the ? about it not being tall its still not real tall its compact. I dont want it to get real tall but I want it to produce decent buds.
