shroom spores and cfl's ??

I have no experience whatsoever with shrooms. Never even tried them. I was gonna get the mycelium box thatrs kinda ready to just set up and go, but theyre kinda expensive. Just how hard is it to get the pure spores to form a mycelium? And as for growing the shroom, can i grow them under a 125w cfl on a 12/12 cycle or would that much light be bad for them? THanks in advance. p.s. im thinkin of getting the treasure coast mycelium box/spores coz theyre meant to be intense, which is what i want. Anyone have info on treasure coast trips? Thanks!!

You might want to check out some more about growing mushrooms. It's not so much the intensity of light that makes them grow, it's more the amount of nutrients, the light is just for a trigger.

yeah lol i just went on shroomage.org and found out a whole load of stuff think ill just be using a general light bulb
