Well after being here for quite some time, and now venturing into various strains, ive come across something i like.. I have started a Purple Jem grow on the low ryder side and have seen a few others posting there autos out there. I have seen that there isnt an auto thread here and i would love to see more pics of the auto's hiding in these forums.

So ill start it off by showing my Little lady off with the pics i took at 10 days flower.

Enjoy and i hope others show what they got too.....

Did you train this at all? Or is that the shape it naturally grows in, because I plan on doing some autos and am debating whether to top, fim, or trim some fan leaves or do nothing.

This is the shape of the plant. the only thing that i have done is let her grow. I was rather impressed with the growth pattern my self

i read that topping is not good for autos because they have such a short life span topping is stealing time away from production

Here's a little pic of my two autos. Both will be 4 weeks old tomorrow. First pic is the White Russian and the second an ak47.

in will post recent pics later when my girl gets with the dam camera. but here are some from 2.5 weeks from seed. now im on week 5 and im really happy with my kitty litter pan idea. i read in a mag that wider pots and not deeper are better for growth and so far its working compared to other plants ive seen ,even with only 4 cfls.

This pic was about 4 weeks short of harvest. The seeds were meant to be 10 weeks from sprout to harvest but I gave them 12.

I ended up with just over 2oz dry weight from each plant, I had 2 but this is just one of them:

This is correct. If you are going to do anything to them i would recommend bonding some of the outer branches down or out. This will allow more light in to the budding areas.

i have to agree, wider pots do great things, just have to watch the moisture levels in all that soil, but if you have proper drainage then you should continue getting the results you are getting with those cfl's. I used them for a long time till i got my HPS

here r mine I got 14 ak's

Damn sorry to hear you have had issues, but glad you got them figured out. its the only way that we learn though, trial and error. :) If you ever have a question please let me know as ill will do my best to answer them. i have grown DWC before too, but i like my soil grows there is just something about it.

This is my solo AK-47 & Lowrider 2. Also called Easy Rider. It is about done. By this weekend it should be finished, and ready for curing. This plant has had VERY high fert needs since it started flowering at about 3 weeks. I have her under 400 hps 20 hours a day. I am using Fox Farm nutes, like i always do. This past month I have used 1 1/2 times the ferts, and she has sucked it all up. No leaf tip burn. I am now really cutting it back to just water for this last week. I will get about 1/2 to 3/4 oz dried from the plant. Not bad, it is really easy to grow. Good weed, but NOT kind bud.
