if you can have a gun in your home and be intoxicated on alcohol what would be the difference with cannabis?

you can take opiates and consume alcohol...but you can't own a gun if you legally smoke weed?

it's the feds who take issue with gun ownership and your mmmp card not the state. straight from lara "shall not be denied any right or privilege" and gun ownership is a right i intend to keep

do you guys carry any more though? a buddy of mine was hit with some serious prison time in 09 i think it was., because he had his conceal weapon and card. scared me enough to transfer my guns to a family member, i have a 1 year old and no time for johnny law to be stickin his finger up my ass! nothing like saying hey take this and feel better you criminal!

if i feel it's necessary but they are mostly for home defense only. according to the state it is not illegal to own a weapon while you have your mmmp card. it is only illegal to the feds. lara says i shall give up no right or privilege. and on pistol purchase permit app when asked about illegal drugs you can legally say no because you were given your mmmp card legally by the state

see i was told the opposite, i was told if you answer no then you lied on the app and thats obviously a felony.. fucking grey area bullshit! ima start digging now though, you gave me some hope!
