the tops of lowryders look mature but there are still bud sites with huge long pistils on the underside of the plant.. its being blocked from light i think.. cut anything? its like a little bush

Agreed^^
Try to avoid cutting leaves off, it just hurts the plant. Try tying the branches or just tucking them out of the way. If you want to change spots, tie them in a different spot.
