Should this plant be flushed ?????

Hey guys , one of my plants has taken a turn for the worst . I'm in first week of flowering outdoor grow . My leaves were looking a little yellow so i figured it was a nitrogen deficiency , I bumped my nuts to full strength , and I don't think I'm getting proper dranage ...Can any one point me in the right detection ?

Better fix this if you do believe this is an issue.

Up the nitrogen in your feed - use it throughout flower and keep it green!

Only flush as a last resort of over-feeding.
