should ppm be an issue? Tapwater ph 6.5 ff ocean

I haven't added any nutes, I have foxfarm grow big.im guessing week two I will start using destilled water ppm is 1? So now , I hear 250ppm for vegging clones. This mean I keep adding nutes till it reaches 250ppm?

on the fox farm web site or just google fox feeding charts and there will be a feeding plan for clones on how much to get the right amount.
