should i be watering my plants 3 times a day with water and nutes??..or once a day with water and nutes??

I'm assuming you must be growing in soil otherwise you would have said so.

Don't over water them, let the soil dry out to at least a couple of inches down before you water them.

Roots need oxygen, if you water them as often as you're suggesting they won't be able to get enough, also you'll risk root rot.

As far a nutes are concerned, cannabis has relatively low nute requirements and are easy to burn, so go easy (1/8 recomended dosage for young plants as a starting point), and not on every watering.
