should i switch to T5?

Hey all, i am currently running 60w of cfls in my grow area. The area i am using is quite small (about 2.5'x2'x2') with no ventilation (can't add ventilation in this stealth grow). The heat is pretty bad, about 95 degrees on average. So i thought to cut down on heat and maybe get some more lumens would it be better to get a 2ft 2 or 4 bulb t5 fixture for my grow area? As i believe T5s are fairly cooler than cfls and i could probably get more lumens out of it. FYI: i am only doing 1 plant. So any suggestions? please help

dude you need ventilation straight up sorry to brake it to you. Show some pics and we'll help you out. Happy growing.

T-5's do produce less heat, but they are not your answer. You will still have heat problems with them if you don't have ventilation. At the very very least, cut holes at the top of your grow box.

Maybe you could even take a computer fan, hook it up to a 6 volt DC adapter so its not that loud, and vent through the top. By doing that, you will have MUCH healthier plants with much fewer heat problems
