Should I Scrog Or go traditional?

Hello people of the marijuana community! I have 6 plants right now all around 14-18 days into the veg stage. I got 2 female god bud, 2 g13 labs pineapple express and 2 Barneys farm lsd. So far the tallest is about 9 or 10 inches. I actually did my first nute feeding a few days ago and in 2 days the pineapple express grew 4 inches. Basically I have one 400 watt MH then when I switch to flower I have a 600 watt HPS. Not really limited on space but I was wondering if I should try scrogging. This is my first grow ever and I just want to try things out to grow more then my friend who also has six plants but he is just using traditional methods with the same setup. Let me know what you guys think please! Any input on how I can beef up my yeild will help!
