brown spots could be anything mate, at the worst, spider mite, at the least, water burn from the drops on the leaves under the light.
But mites normally live on the underside of the leaves, my guess is water droplet burn

And since she is already in buddingstate wouldnt it focus more on rooting than budding if I repot her?
