Should I pull these popcorns?

Have not harvested yet and am seeing where some lower ones i didn't pull are turning into popcorn nugs that don't seem to yield anything and might hinder my donky d*cks

Personally, I'd leave them. Your plant is nice and airy so they still will develop some more.

What about stems with 5 nodes+? Should I limit it to the top 3-4 or ones i think will get direct light?

considering how small your plant is you might as well keep them on, probably wouldn't do anything positive taking them off

Here is one I just harvested I leave the popcorn on because I only grow for my self and don't really care how pretty and uniform the buds are. They all get me medicated.

practically That one had like 4 weeks veg from seed i think,its my first time, i just put in a new wave of ones that veged for 8weeks and are more than 2ce as big. Theyre smelling kinda like a funky gross cauliflower right now, is tht normal?

Depends on the strain and the pheno. Any smell is a good sign.

As long as it doesn't smell like salt and pepper I would say your doing fine. IMHO
