should I flip these babies?

Hello dudes, sunday marked thr 3rd week of veg. Should I wait one more week to flip them? Or wpuld that really improve my yield that much? Also how do you think they look? Using. 250 watt mh/hps hydrofarms like roighly 4.5 gallon pots, using floranova grow. 1/2 stengthhave been lsting them using scotch tape should I remove the tape since its been a week? Or leave it?

each week now in veg will give you 10-25% more yield but the plants will get taller and you will have to maybe do some super cropping if you wait. your call but i would give it 1 more week if it was mine maybe 2 and supercrop a few branches unless you can scrog them when in flower room.
 
Just a thought, but what if you topped each of those main tops and gave it 2 weeks more... Or train those as well to get more tops if there are some good nodes on those branches.

Whag exactly does super crop mean? Is that the pinch method or what not? Like you pinch the stem and the lower nodes branch out?
 
Super cropping is when you kinda crush the stem with your fingers and it folds over and it works similarly to topping if done correctly, but if you want, you can use the weakened stems to reposition the tops and then in a couple days they will be set in place.
