Should I dunk my plant in soapy water before moving indoor?

I adjusted the distance; now it's about 45 cm (18") to the top of seedling I have inside the tent. The temp is 25-26 °C and RH fluctuates around 65-80. The seedling is very tall (almost 10 cm) and I put it inside a paper cup and covered its fragile stem with some pebbles.

When should I put in inside a pot?

I'm planning to grow this one hydroponically; should I go for the final pot or start from a small one and translant it to bigger pots as it grows?

I read somewhere something about making a DIY CO2 generator with some vinegar (dripping from an IV) and baking Soda. What are your thoughts on this one?

Pot it up now.
Hydroponic growing is several different methods. Bubble buckets. Rdwc. Nft. Even coco coir is a firm of Hydroponic growing. Your gonna have to tell us more.
If it's a simple bubbler place seeding in net pot and you will have to hand feed until the roots hit the water.
You don't need c02. Just ensure you have good air circulation from outside the grow room or room that houses your tent. C02 is only of any use in temperature 85 degrees and up. Honest your trying to go to advanced to quickly. Get a couple grow under your belt before even thinking about c02.

Honeatly for you, plant in final pot since yoir already not woth a real plan. Simple. Take your auto pot. Fill 2" with pebbles, fill rest with coco/soil(whatever you are growing in). Plant seed in it. Water every 4-5 days for first 3 times than it'll be big enough to water every other day for 4-5 days. Feed every watering. 1/4 strength 1st, 1/2 second, 3rd 3/4 and when you go every other day full strength feeding. At about 21 days the leaves should be by the edge of the pot than you use the reservoir instead of hand watering via top. Dont do any cutting/topping or weird experiments.

It's an Autopot system. It consists of 2 trays that each houses 2 8.5 liter pots and there's a 47 liter reservoir for the water+feed solution.

As you can see, since I increased the intensity of the light, the temp has risen to over 30°C (32!). My fan+carbon filter hasn't arrived yet. But I've installed a small clip-on fan inside the tent and the vents, which are covered with fine mesh, are open.

What should I do regarding the temp?

I'm trying to clean up some clones I took. I just made a tub of the shit I usualy spray and added some echo-bb , dipped all the clones before dipping in rooting compound and putting on rock wool.
I will rather wait till shit is clean before bringing any of that into the flower room.

Auto flowers thrive well between 65 and 85 degrees and will keep growing and doing fine even higher temperatures. Mine often go over 85 with no ill effects.
Best temperature is 65 - 75 for optimal growth.
The more you stress and worry about them the more problems in your own mind you will see. What about countries where the temperature is well over 85 degrees constantly??? Weed grows fine on there own without our intervention there.
Follow what mattymatt726 posted as he runs autopots himself. The only alteration to what he said is I'd 100% be using an air pump in the rez with air stones to keep your nutrients well mixed and oxygenated.

Thanks to all you guys. I'm learning very good stuff. I copied mattymatt's irrigation advice in my note.

Then I shouldn't worry even though the temperature has passed 95F (35C)? I'm concerned about the temp because it's a seedling; 3-4 days old.

When it's time to use the reservoir for feeding/watering, how much water should I use? How many liters/galons? I understand that as the plant gets bigger, it requires more water; how should I go about this according to your experience. Let's say for one plant in an 8.5-liter pot. (this will be my reference if I decide to add more plants to my hydro system)

They will be fine but as soon as your intake and extraction arrives I'd fit them straight away.
If you feel the temperature is a little too high freeze a few soda bottles filled with water and place them in the corners of your tent and allow the fan to move the cold air around.
95 is high but like I said weed can grow fine in much higher temperatures

That's the idea. I'll try the soda bottle thing.

I'll clean the plant up with soapy solution and neem oil for a couple of days as the guys suggested and then will bring it inside. Is there anything else I should know?

I'd rather change its medium completely. But I'm afraid it may damage the plant and destroy any amount of yield it may have, as little as it could be, by doing that. I don't want any kind of bugs in my grow tent...

About the air pump,

1) where should I put it? Inside the tent or outside? Any tips?

2) I also have air domes installed at the bottom of the pots; should I also put air stone inside the reservoir?

My air pump has two output nozzles and has four intensity settings separately for both of them.

So for me, I've got 2 plants going and ill do my first fill of the res with 4-5 gal of water/feed and that usually lasts a week before needing to add more. If youre worried about stagnant water do 3 gal and add more in every other day. You just never want the res to get empty. Also i keep the res out of my tent and just run the tubbing and pots inside. The system was made without the need for air stones in the res and most people dont use them because with small amouts of water/nutes it dosent sit there more than a few days before new stuff gets added.

Thanks for the info. So, I just use the air domes that I have.

Is the reason people plant only two seeds because there won't be enough space for more plants in a 100x100x200 cm or a little bigger (4"x4"x6") tent? I believe you must use fem seeds for that to work. What if I want to use reg seeds? Should I plant more? For example, 4? What's the downside of that?

4x4 tent grows way more than 2 plants. General rule is 1 sq foot a plant. By that you could fit 16 but obviously not huge trees. Its better to go by lights. For led 30 per sq foot is good. 50 for hps. I don't use anything except res, pots, and tubing casing that the pots sit in. I can't offer advise on air domes or pumps or stones cause again i don't use them.
