Should I dry my trimmings or freeze them?

I just harvested my first indoor grow. I have a good amount of trimmings as well as some small buds that I want to use to make butter, oil or bubble hash. Sould I dry my trimmings before I vacuum seal them and put them in the freezer. I have not decide what i am going to do with them yet, but I want to make sure I save them correctly.

Thanks: stlmatt

yeah, dry them then put in a brown bag in freezer

if you are gonna use them very soon, you dont need to dry but if you want to store them for a bit longer, dry first. it also depends what you want to do with them. if you are gonna cook then definitely dry them, if you are gonna make bubble hash then drying is not 100% necessary. if you are not sure than just dry.

freezing wet weed or trim will cause the cells to rupture. If you freeze, you really want them to have dried. They don't have to be crispy, but bear in mind that water expands when frozen, if cells have enough it will rupture them.

great to know i was woundering why i sent 200g threw my bubble bags and got shit for results! should have read ur post first haha i always dry but was being impatient should have waited would have been able to make snow hash here in colorado

if your making bubble there is no need to dry, straight from the plant to the freezer.
