Should I break her down???

My 2¢ …. If was my girl. I would break it down to inspect for any issues inner bud and then mesh / rack dry . Turning them over once in while to eliminate flat spots.

Others may have different opinions

That's what I'm leaning towards because I don't want to lose any of this plant because it is the last of some seeds that were given to me that someone had made...
