Should I add a few veg bulbs during flower?

Hi, thanks for checking out my post. I have two ladies, a blue dream and critical plus. They are under one 125w cfl as well as a 300w cfl, so a total of 425w cfl. They are currently in their second week of flower, so I have seen buds forming for about a week now. I read that it was a good idea to put in about 1 veg bulb for every 3 flower bulbs if you are using cfl. I heard that it helps with density of nugs as well as trichome production. However, I am reading conflicting things. Some people say to only add some veg bulbs during the last week of flower, and some people say to add them right away.

Basically what I want to know is:
A) Is is a good/smart idea to add about 1 veg bulb for every 3 flower during flower if using cfl?
B) What are the benefits? Does it actually create denser/more potent nugs?
C) When should I add them? Right away or during the last few weeks?

If anyone has any beneficial information please post! Thank you:bigjoint:

Go ahead and add a 125-150w CFL (6500 spectrum). You are correct with this ratio. By doing so you are creating a more balanced light spectrum for the plant. You can add them from Day 1 of flower.

i personally love the idea of mixed spectrum lighting for all phases of growth, meanig different k's for both veg and flower..

when it comes to indoor gardening, i like to look to how things work outdoors.. look at the sun.. it surely puts out many different kinds of light, not just light in say the 6500k range, the type of light most peps use for veg lighting, nor just light in the 2700k range, watt most peps use for flowering..
so by giving your plants mixed spectrums of light, you're providing them with light that most closely resembles what they'd get in the great outdoors, and we all know that you can't beat great mother nature..

I put 4 23w 6500k cfls in last night. so now theres 517 watts of cfl on 2 plants. 425w of it being 2700k and 92w of 6500k. what kind of yield u think i can get? I heard 1 guy doing only 400w and getting 1.5 oz per plant and another running 400w of cfl with 8 1gal pots pulling 1oz per plant. Mine are in 3 gal with ff nutes and soil.
