Your poll is useless. And you should not make a rhetorical question based on something that has two cut and dried points of view. Some people, like myself, think he shouldn't be tried for war crimes any more than any other previous leader of a superpower.

Ok, since you obviously dont know what your'e talking about... I will let you see this one more time. We tried, covicted, and HUNG, YES EXECUTED many Japanese after WW2 for waterboarding. Now that you have heard that again, maybe you will google it, and read about it. You say you would rather be tortured by an American method rather than Russian methods... This is not the way you should be thinking. Just because another country does it does not make it ok.

The reason I say it actually may cause US lives to be at risk is exactly the reason you pointed out. They lower their standards of what torture is, and a narrow minded fool comes out and says HEY they torture maybe we should too. It was meant to be the other way around, like hey they don't torture, maybe we should consider it.

So once waterboarding is ok, it will numb us to more, and more. Hey they cut 4 fingers off, maybe we could cut off a pinky toe...

they could have been paid to do so though from inside sources, but you never focus on that, do you all really think that if it was an inside job that they arent gonna cover thier tracks and do it the right way?

First i would like to say I LOVE CANADA now i think the American people have showed how against the war they really are and the amount of soldiers running away to hide from the military in other countries like canada i myself have met a few who feel like they are refugees from america because they dont want to fight anymore because they where over there once and feel like the war is bull. I think that people need to really think about how this all came about now lets just say canada had more wepons and a stronger military would bush have started a war with us for our oil? bush acts like a big bully and most people see this. Even my mom and dad who grew up during the war in Holland said the same thing when bush was elected "hes going to finish what his dad started" and sure enough hes trying. I think its great that the american people now have the chance to vote someone in who can take the counrty out of the gutter its sitting in because of bush. Last im sorry about my spelling english is not my first language so please dont rip into me for that its really not my fault im dutch.
