Adults can enjoy sweets, and shouldn't be expected to conform to a level of behavior protecting children.

Almost 23,000 people went to the hospital for energy drinks in2013 over half of them under the age of 18 thousands of kids over dose on federally licensed prescription drugs and yet you don't have to keep them away from kids. the fact that mj Has no lethal dose its safer than aspirin which I believe causes rays syndrome and kills kids every year

I say ban them.... I am a parent and I am way too lazy to raise my own kids. I need to have the government pass laws that protect my kids because I can not be bothered.

And I am stupid, I don't understand why they take away good toys from kids like lawn darts. For my kids 2 year birthday I got him one of these
