Sholud i try this stuff or leave it alone

my first time growing and i have only one plant. " so i really dont want to kill it" anyway i use the following bagseed, sunlight, foxfarms oceanic organic soil, and i water 2-3 times a week. i germinated may 20th and it sprouted a few days later the plant is in a 5 gallon bucket and is about
2 1/2 ft tall. i have not used any ferts or nuets so far and not sure if this is going to hurt or help the yeild " if there is even a yeild to be gotten" to be perfectly honest im not even sure if its male or femal "SO IF YOU CAN TELL ME I WOULD APPRECIATE IT" anyway im just looking for some help the plant seems to be flowering and i have been patient enough so far but im scared i will get no buds so i went to my local hydro grow store and purchased a few nuets but im not sure if it is what i need " again i dont want to kill my plant " this is what i got

FLORA NOVA one part plant food 4-8-7
FLORALICIOUS PLUS 2.8-0.8-0.02
will this stuf help ?
should i use it?
is my plant male or female?
should i just keep doing what im doing and leave it alone?

Did you buy any of the stuff thats supposed to be used with Foxfarm?

No i just purchased what was available. Think it will kill the plant?

to be perfectly hones it was half foxfarm soil and half miracle grow organic

The nutes arnt too high to what the flowering stage allows as nutrients. so go 1/2 recomended and go from there. i dont think it will kill it.
