Sho gun bloom and canna boost accelerator

And if iv got 450 watts of cfl over 3 plants and I do a good job with light placement will I get 1 gram per watt off all 3 plants so 450 grams off 1 plant 1350 grams off all 3 lol help with this will be much appreciated

Thanks mate do you no any thing about sho gun and canna together I think they good together but not 100% I've put what it says to put in hope it not bad for them lol
