Shes dying slowly but surely... (PICS)

My plant was started from seed 2 months ago. Im keeping her now under 24/7 CFLs as a mother that im planning on cloning soon (once I get everything ready), a few days ago I noticed the bottom leaves yellowing and dying off, shes pretty big though so I figured it was because she wasn't getting any light down low so I put a CFL down there... A few days later and its just gotten worse, much worse. The fan leaves on the first three sets of nodes have died or are yellow and the side branches are beginning to lose fan leaves...

I haven't given her any nutes yet so im pretty sure its a deficiency, Nitrogen im guessing I just want a second opinion though because im fairly new to growing and I also just transplanted her out of Miracle Grow Potting Soil into Miracle Grow Organic Choice Gardening Soil mixed with 2/1 part MG Perlite a little over a week ago and wanted to wait a while before introducing nutes since MG is known to hold many. Anyone care to lend some advice? All helps appreciated.

bottom leaves die and fall off... its not a big deal, ur plant looks fine..

Cool, I hope you're right. I just thought this was happening pretty fast.. idk i'll keep an eye on her and see if things don't stop anytime soon. Thanks for your help.

You know it! Once I clone her I'll be keeping 4 indoor under a scrog then i'll be finishing her outdoors with maybe 2 other clones taken from her(Thats the plan so far, anyways). I'll be keeping everyone updated and possibly a journal on the 4 scrogged clones, it'll be my first scrog so im betting i'll need the help.
