Lol fucker, anyone catch that cholo jacking shopping carts? I still rock my Target hand crate I accidentally drove off with, handy around the house.
I've never ever seen one outside the store, how did you do it? The checker always takes it and for folks who didn't bring bags they get a cart to go out with

Edit: I forgot, here plastic bags were banned 7 yrs ago, so you bring your own or get charged for paper bags. Still can't take the hand crate outside

It was cold in the jail I was in too. We were giving two wool blankets and you had to chose use both as blankets or roll one up as a pillow. I managed to get three blankets for a while because I had an extra one from a holding cell in booking. Till they cleaned the cells and took away my third blanket. I asked when they would turn the heat on and one of the CO's said its better cold so germs don't grow.
My remedy was to ask for extra toilet paper and then get the toilet paper wet and I climbed up on the sink/toilet combo and threw the wet toilet paper on the vent till the vent was completely blocked with toilet paper stopping the in flow of cold air.
You should have used the extra toilet paper to make a paper mache' file and you could have been free as a bird

jail bird that is.....
