Spectrum is the biggest and probably benefit to the sgs160. There is supposed to be a new sgs160 coming out soon that I imaging is using the newer xte whites that the xgs190...but while still being able to turn on the pure reds for the bloom boost.

Its a replacement lamp not a whole light system right?

It's a replacement as in same thing outside but updated inside(chips and drivers). Probably keep the lenses the same I would guess...or maybe growers choice??? Just a wild guess on that part.
