Sexable? Mature Enough To Flower?

Are these female / mature enough to flower?

If yes or if not how can I tell and is my setup sufficient?

2 Aerogarden Bulbs
2 100w equiv. daytime spec CFL
2 gallon pots with happy frog soil
Now using Fox Farm Veg Nutes @ 6.3 ph

Do I flush for a week before switching to flowering nutes?
Different pH for flowering?

Trying to keep everything small (currently about 6-7in tall).. just a hobbyist/partaker tryin to do this. :leaf:

P.S. The one is burnt on the ends cause it grew into the bulbs when I first started using nutes... workin 10 hrs a day SUCKS
 
Don't need to flush before flowering. you can switch them to flower whenever you like, just make sure you have lower light spectrum with more red. If you want to keep your ladies short and bushy you could lst or top and let undergrowth come up to top to make nice even canopy. good luck!
