this is what i have planned for my setup .. any ideas or ways to enhance without adding to much £ .. there is also a question in the picture attatched below

I think this is what your looking for: CFL Lights > CFL Accessories > 4 Metre CFL Lamp Lead

Should be able to pick them up pretty much anywhere for a fiver

setup looks good man. good plan.you may need some more light though depending on what size cfls you get.
