hey currently i have 12 cfl lights wtih two fans hooked up..i ordered a set that comes with the mh and hps 400 watt lights..my lights have been on for 4-5 weeks, when i get the lights in, wat should i do...please help..i think im going to run the metal halide for like 2 weeks on 24 , than go into flowerin with the hps light. Enless I can tell the sex of my plant before next monday..

another question....do i need some sort of exhaust or intake n outake tubes..because as of right now i have 2 fans...is that enough in a small room with the hps lights..its summer time so it gets pretty fuckin hot

when you get your lights, you can start flowering whenever you want. Five weeks is more than enough veg time. Just don't grow em out too big, you'll find yourself out of space. Most plants double in size and some even triple during the flowering phase. With 400 watt lights heat does become a problem, especially if you live in a warm area to begin with. You didn't post the dimensions of your room or if there are any available exhaust options. You can find inline fans for a decent price that will keep your room at the temp you want. More airflow is always a good thing! Respect

my lights werent as good as they r now , and now there not even that good, i need more soil, n too transplant, i just wanted to get the ball rollin, but imma post u pics when i get my new light friday. i have my old ones but they shitty, my space like 3x3x8 so i can grow them pretty high fuckkkkkkk it lol..but i have to like plug in fans , is that enough for my hps lights? or do i need some more type of ventilation.

well since i don't know how much air your fans move i can't really tell you if its enough ventilation. I can tell you though that the light will cause your space to heat up. I think your best bet is to just put a thermometer in the room when you get your new light. Let your light burn for a while with your fans on and see how the temperature fluctuates. If the room temp goes over 80 you will need to add some extra air movement. Hopefully you purchased an air-cooled hood.
